Christmas Dinner Box is now available to order!
We’re preparing an all-inclusive Christmas-Dinner-in-a-Box experience for pickup at Atelier Tony (50 Rue du Marché, front door) on Wednesday, December 24th (9am - noon).
The Box will feed 4-6 people, or 2 people with LOTS of leftovers. Basic cooking (mostly reheating) is involved.
Each box is $250 all-in, and includes:
• Turkey Roulade with Cranberries
• Tony’s Famous Croissant Stuffing
• Duchesse Potatoes
• Dieppe Market Veggies
• Bread & Butter
• Cranberry Sauce
• Turkey Gravy
• Homemade Pickles
• Assorted Pastries x 6

Chef Niguel de Leon crowned champion at
CCC Regionals
Our very own Chef Niguel de Leon took home the Gold Medal at the regional qualifier of the Canadian Culinary Championship!
Chef took home the gold with his masterful dish of dry aged duck with preserved blueberries, XO sauce, and confit dumpling.
Chef de Leon and his team now start prepping to compete at the national Canadian Culinary Championship in Ottawa this coming January.

Our local scene has deserved it for years now, but Chef Jordan took us one big step closer to garnering the national attention we’ve earned. Props, chef!
