Chef Jordan Holden is the Silver Medal Winner at the CCC Nationals!
Executive Chef Jordan Holden won the silver medal at the Canadian Culinary Championship!
Competing against the best chefs from the best restaurants in the country, Chef Jordan stole the show in some of the events, showing the world class competitors and judges what Atlantic Canadian cooking is all about. Passion, elegance, and soul.
Our local scene has deserved it for years now, but Chef Jordan took us one big step closer to garnering the national attention we’ve earned. Props, chef!
